Distribution Worker

divh2Warehouse Position/h2pThis position is an entry level warehouse position performing a combination of basic distribution functions and performing the tasks in an efficient manner that meets company standards of accuracy, quality, productivity and ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, SOPs, GMPs as well as assisting in ensuring the security of the warehouse is maintained./ppstrongKey Responsibilities /strong/pulliPerform receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping operations./liliVerify incoming shipments and reconcile with packing slips/invoices./liliOperate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks)./liliDrive company vehicles (including straight trucks) for material transport (III Lead)./liliTrack and report on shipment statuses and inventory levels./liliConduct inventory cycle counts and assists in discrepancy resolution./liliMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment./liliEnsure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and company safety policies./liliUse warehouse systems and Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking./li/ulpstrongRequirements /strong/pulliHigh School Diploma or equivalent./liliValid Drivers License in good standing./liliAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk throughout the day./liliStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and safety awareness./lili03 years of warehouse/distribution experience./liliForklift experience preferred training and certification available if needed./liliWillingness to learn and grow within a structured environment./li/ulpThe base salary range for this position is $17-$19/hr; the exact salary depends on various factors such as experience, skills, education, location, competencies and industry-specific knowledge./p/div
