Warfighting Functional Analyst As a defense mission professional, you ask questions others don’t. You understand the nuances of complex situations and use your skills to think bigger and push further, solving complex problems. We’re looking for an expert like you to drive solutions for missions that keep our nation safe. Responsibilities Use and bring analytical, tactical, technical, DOTMLPF, and MDMP expertise as a member of an Operations Group on projects for the training program. Support an Operations Group with the planning, preparation, execution, and assessment of the program. Act as a trusted advisor to the military client, identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex Operations Orders, SOPs, policies, processes, or instrumentation related to Warfighting Exercises, Risk Reduction Events, and steady state operations. Write Operations Orders as required. Use current and future analytical tools to produce After‑Action Reviews. Serve as the program point of contact and leverage expertise producing digital SCP, as required produce orders x‑walk, and when feasible cross‑train as Workstation controller. Oversee the work we do for Operations Groups supporting training programs and the solutions we deliver for the Army’s Warfighter program. Qualifications Experience with the US Military as senior NCO, WO, or Officer. Experience serving in a key developmental position at brigade or battalion level (e.g., Executive Officer, S‑3, or Operations Sergeant Major). Experience with Army and Joint regulation and publications. Experience using Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint. Secret clearance. Bachelor’s degree. Graduate of Military Education Level (MEL) 4, CGSC, Warrant Officer Training, or SGM’s equivalent. Nice to Have Experience as Colonel O‑5 or above. Experience serving on division or corps level staff positions. Possession of excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Master’s degree. Graduate of MEL 1 War College or equivalent. Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification. Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary: $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD).
