As a Title Clerk at North Point Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram, you will be responsible for processing deals and handling title work with the DMV to ensure smooth and timely completion of vehicle registrations and titles. You will work closely with the finance department to maintain clear and effective communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities- Process vehicle deals and title paperwork with the DMV accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain communication with the finance department to coordinate deal details and resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure all title documents comply with state and federal regulations.
- Manage and update records related to vehicle titles and registrations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing title-related inquiries promptly.
- Collaborate with dealership staff to support daily operations regarding vehicle titles.
- Experience in title clerking or related administrative role preferred.
- Familiarity with DMV procedures and vehicle title regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with finance and other departments.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- CDK experience preferred
- Notary required
