Digital Product Manager (m/f/d)

As a Digital Product Manager (m/f/d), you will become part of our five‑person product management team and take responsibility for the successful development of the product portfolio in the field of digital access control and surveillance systems. With a new product line and marketing strategy, we want to significantly expand our market share both nationally and internationally and are therefore looking for new additions to our team. These are the main tasks: Active participation in the product development process, in particular the development of product requirements, evaluation of business cases, tracking of development projects, management of external development partners and creation of product documentation Monitoring the product life cycle, such as administrative maintenance of product data in the ERP and PIM systems, analysis of price and sales volume trends, and active implementation of EOL processes Analysis of market potential, customer requirements and competition for the development of value propositions as a basis for improving existing products and developing new ones Advising sales and marketing, subsidiaries and the company's own development department, and providing support at trade fairs and training events Global support for the launch of new products and assistance with customer projects What sets you apart: You are a hands‑on person with a high degree of self‑motivation who wants to drive projects forward and help shape the company's development. You have a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration or a similar field (e.g. software development). Initial experience (3‑5 years) in product management for technical products, alarm systems, access control, or similar will be an advantage. You are used to working independently and on your own initiative, and you also have strategic and planning skills, team spirit, strong communication skills and enthusiasm. You are completely confident in using all MS Office applications (MS Project) and TEAMS. You have business fluent German and English skills, and Mandarin skills would be an advantage.
