Are you ready to join a team that dreams as big as you do?/ph3Role Summary/h3pThe Maintenance Engineer (Instrumentation) at the Los Angeles Brewery is responsible for driving equipment reliability, system accuracy, and process performance in a high-speed manufacturing environment. This role focuses on the maintenance and optimization of process instrumentation and control systems through hands-on troubleshooting, calibration, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to execute and improve systems in a fast-paced, team-based environment./ph3Job Responsibilities:/h3ulliOwn troubleshooting, maintenance, and calibration of process instrumentation and control systems in a high-speed manufacturing environment, including flow, pressure, temperature, and analytical equipment/liliMaintain and optimize 420mA systems and analyzers (pH, conductivity, turbidity, chlorine, dissolved oxygen) to ensure system accuracy, reliability, and performance/liliTroubleshoot and repair valves, actuators, and process equipment to drive system uptime and operational efficiency (including but not limited to Gate, Globe, Ball, Butterfly, Check, Pressure, Double Block and Diaphragm)./liliPerform mechanical work on or around process piping./liliInterpret PIDs, electrical schematics, and technical documentation to diagnose issues and drive timely resolution/liliExecute work through planning and CMMS systems, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and SOP standards/liliAnalyze maintenance and process data to drive improvements in equipment reliability and process performance/li/ulh3Job Qualifications:/h3ulliHigh School Diploma or GED required; 4+ years of industrial experience or 2-year technical degree in instrumentation, controls, or related field preferred/liliStrong working knowledge of process instrumentation, control systems, and fluid systems (liquids and gases)/liliProven ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and maintain instrumentation and mechanical systems in a manufacturing environment/liliAbility to interpret electrical schematics, PIDs, and technical documentation to resolve technical issues/liliStrong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced, team-based environment/liliExperience with safety practices (LOTO, confined space), CMMS systems (SAP), and Microsoft Excel preferred/liliWillingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, and weekends, with ability to perform physical work as required/liliMig, Tig, Stick, Brazing and Soldering skills are a plus./liliSanitary Pipe welding ability is a plus./li/ulpWhy Anheuser-Busch: At Anheuser-Busch, our purpose is to create a future with more cheers.
