Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Pediatric Home Health We are currently seeking Licensed Practical Nurses to support school cases located in York County.
Scheduled school hours ranging from 30 to 40 hours per week.

Requirements
Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
Valid drivers license
G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
