Legal Counsel - Corporate

Role: Legal Counsel supporting cloud computing infrastructure expansion within a dynamic tech company. Responsibilities: Handle land acquisitions, leases, zoning, and licensing for data center growth; draft, negotiate, and structure a variety of real estate agreements including leases, amendments, easements, and development contracts; provide legal counsel and contract interpretation to business teams; manage outside counsel and support existing portfolio management; develop process improvements; resolve legal issues in commercial relationships; handle pre-litigation disputes and inquiries. Qualifications: Minimum 2+ years legal experience Juris Doctor and active membership in a state bar Experience drafting and negotiating real estate transactional documents Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate law firm and in-house roles, managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and development/entitlement work.
