General Dentist Opportunity

Blue Jay Dental has a client with a need for a general dentist to start immediately in Bowling Green, KY. Excellent practice needing a dentist to provide services to their patients. Dentist office hours are Monday through Thursday. The office is an excellent modern and highly productive environment. The age ranges of patients are adults with a few children. Compensation is excellent, starting pay to help establish a new dentist.

Responsibilities of the dentist include providing diagnosis of patient's dental status utilizing accepted clinical and radiological techniques. Assessing patient's dental status and arranging for appropriate consultations to determine treatment needed. Providing comprehensive professional dental treatment to address the oral health needs of patients. Providing routine recall exams, simple extractions, restorations, prosthetic services, prophylaxis, and fluoride treatments. Referring to dental specialists when appropriate. Managing administrative functions of the dental office. Supervising the work of dental hygienists and dental assistants.

Requirements of the dentist include a DMD or DDS from an accredited dental school, must have a KY license and DEA, must be willing to live and be part of the community of Bowling Green, KY, competence in all facets of general dentistry, and a strong focus on clinical excellence.
