Job Responsibilities

• Design Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual needs and craft personalized therapy approaches to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Leverage research-supported practices to boost patients' motor function, cognitive skills, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Engage collaboratively with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing teams to ensure a thorough, client-focused care experience.
• Guide Patients and Families: Educate patients and their caregivers on optimal therapy strategies to support ongoing recovery and independence at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor treatment efficacy and make necessary adjustments, ensuring the best possible outcomes for each patient.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
• Commitment to continuing education or advanced certifications is warmly encouraged and supported.

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license.
• Certification from the NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is required.
