Location: India Remote Department: Creative & Content Experience: 35 years preferred About the Role We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer with a strong background in fashion and e-commerce to join our Creative & Content team. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for fashion, understands how to translate brand identity across multiple consumer touchpoints, and is equally comfortable designing for fast-moving digital platforms and large-format outdoor media. This is a remote role based in India , working closely with teams and stakeholders across the GCC. The role requires someone who can balance creativity, brand consistency and commercial thinking while working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities Develop creative assets across e-commerce, digital marketing, social media, CRM, paid media and brand campaigns . Create strong, fashion-forward visual concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives. Design website and app assets including hero banners, category banners, promotional creatives and campaign landing-page elements . Develop campaign key visuals and adapt them effectively across multiple formats and platforms. Work confidently on Figma for digital design, layouts and collaborative creative workflows. Create and edit assets using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator , with strong attention to composition, typography, colour and image treatment. Create motion graphics and animated assets for social media, digital advertising and campaign requirements. Design and adapt creatives for OOH and DOOH , with an understanding of large-format specifications, visibility, scale and production requirements. Support the development and evolution of the brand's visual identity and design language . Maintain consistency across typography, colour, imagery, layouts and overall brand expression. Collaborate remotely with copywriters, marketers, content teams, photographers, videographers and other stakeholders . Manage multiple briefs and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining creative quality and meeting tight timelines. Stay updated on fashion, e-commerce, social media and visual design trends and translate relevant trends into fresh creative work. Skills & Experience 35 years of relevant graphic design experience , preferably within fashion, retail, lifestyle or e-commerce. Previous experience working with GCC brands or markets is highly preferred . Strong portfolio demonstrating fashion/e-commerce campaigns, digital design, branding and commercial creative work . Advanced working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator . Strong working knowledge of Figma . Hands-on experience with motion graphics , preferably using After Effects or similar tools. Experience designing for OOH, DOOH and large-format media . Strong understanding of branding, visual identity, typography, layout, colour and composition . Ability to translate one creative concept into a cohesive campaign across multiple channels and formats. Strong understanding of digital-first and mobile-first design . Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment with multiple concurrent projects. Ability to collaborate effectively with teams operating across different locations and time zones. Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Communication Design or a related creative discipline . Graduation from a reputed design institute or university in India is preferred. What We're Looking For Someone who is fashion-aware, digitally fluent and creatively curious , with a strong visual point of view and an understanding of how design contributes to commercial performance. We're looking for a designer who can move comfortably from a fashion campaign key visual to an app banner, social asset, motion creative or outdoor execution —while ensuring everything feels consistently on-brand. Portfolio submission is mandatory.
