QNTUM Home Services, a trusted residential and commercial roofing company, is hiring motivated Appointment Setters to be the first friendly face homeowners meet.

You find and book the appointments; our expert inspection and sales team takes it from there.

Our appointment setters are generously paid the greater of either our base + commission model or our production based structure.

• Canvass neighborhoods and follow up on storm-damage leads to introduce QNTUM's roofing services.
• Have genuine conversations with homeowners and book free roof inspections for our inspection team.
• Network with property managers and past customers to generate referrals.
• Log your leads and appointments in our CRM (we'll train you on everything).
• Hit weekly appointment goals and stack commission and bonuses for every inspection you book.

• $25/hour base pay available for maintaining quotas*
• Production pay plan available, including $100 per pitched qualified appointment and $500 per close paid after install
• Uncapped commission on top , with realistic first-year total earnings of $75,000–$150,000+ ; top setters earn more.
• Weekly pay
• Hands-on training — no roofing or sales experience needed.
• Optimized schedule for earnings provided by the company
• A real growth path: top setters move up to Closer, Team Lead, and Sales Manager.

*quota is maintaining one pitched appointment every six hours of work.

• Outgoing, positive attitude and comfort talking to people face-to-face.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet in varying weather.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• No experience required — just hustle and coachability.
