Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Previous experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, assessment, and intervention planning
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students K-12, in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop treatment goals, and track students’ progress
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster student achievement
• Maintain thorough records and adhere to state, district, and professional guidelines
• Educate and offer strategies to fellow staff and families to support communication development
