Event Marketer - Leaf Home Bath

At Leaf Home Bath , we’re always looking for talented, motivated individuals to join our growing team of event marketers across the U.S. Our event marketing team is a crucial part of our customer engagement strategy and often our first customer touchpoint, setting the tone for the entire Leaf Home Bath experience . We’re looking for outgoing, energetic individuals eager to make meaningful connections that lead to happy, satisfied Leaf Home Bath customers. Successful candidates are self-motivated, able to work independently, and more than anything else, have a strong desire to educate our customers about the benefits of our product. The Event Marketer will attend scheduled events and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. You will be assigned to work trade shows, fairs, festivals, retail stores, and community events to generate qualified leads for our talented direct sales team. What we offer: Industry-leading starting pay: $18/hour – Paid Weekly! Every Friday! Daily Per Diem (for gas and lunch) Incentive program based on scheduled and performed in home consultations (up to $100 each) Paid Training and flexible scheduling to work shifts near you Endless opportunity for growth Referral Program Job Requirements: Must be willing to weekends and evenings (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) A reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license required Attention to detail and punctuality Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line High level of energy and engagement for extended periods of time at events Understands the value of making full-time money working part-time hours Physical Requirements: Normal Office Environment and field office/manufacturing/construction environment. Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and performs work outside in varying temperatures and climates. Medium work. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
