We're looking for a Product Manager to define and build the next generation of clinical AI products powering healthcare. The Role As a Product Manager at Latent, you will own critical product initiatives from strategy through execution. Working closely with engineering, design, GTM, and customers, you'll identify the highest-impact problems in healthcare operations and deliver scalable solutions for large health systems. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Ownership Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with company goals and customer needs Translate ambiguous problems into clear product plans, requirements, and deliverables Own product outcomes and metrics for the areas of the platform you lead Customer Insight & Discovery Work directly with healthcare customers to understand clinical workflows and operational challenges Conduct user interviews and synthesize feedback into actionable product insights Balance customer input with long‑term vision and strategic priorities Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to build and ship products quickly Write clear product specs and make trade‑offs to unblock development Drive projects from concept through launch and iteration Metrics & Continuous Improvement Define success metrics and run experiments to measure product performance Use data and customer feedback to continuously improve features and workflows What We're Looking For Product Experience: 5+ years in product management (or equivalent in engineering, product strategy, or a related field) building enterprise SaaS, AI/automation, or complex workflow products End-to-End Ownership: Track record of taking a product area from strategy and discovery through launch and measurable outcomes.
