Global Customer Advocacy & Community Lead

Simpro Software is seeking a Brand Advocacy professional to lead and scale our advocacy initiatives globally across all brands. You will help design programs that convert customer satisfaction into emotional loyalty and build pathways for customers to become vocal champions. You’ll track advocacy, manage virtual communities, and collaborate with Account Management to leverage delighted customers for referrals, testimonials, and events such as Simprosium. #J-18808-Ljbffr Simpro Software
