Hotel Purchasing Specialist

Consortio have partnered with an internationally recognized shipping company based in Hamburg. They have 40 years’ experience in the shipping business and are currently expanding. They offer many different services within the shipping and maritime sector and are extremely focused on offering brilliant guest satisfaction ratings. Due to the rapidly expanding team they are currently hiring a Hotel Purchasing Specialist. As a Hotel Purchasing Specialist you will be processing, monitoring and progressing F&B and hotel consumable related requisitions to and from the vessels. Establishing good supplier relations and managing the supplier accounts. You will also get to supervise the fleet wide hotel hardware and galley equipment purchase. To be eligible for this role you need to: Have two years’ experience in purchasing or inventory control. Excellent command of English. Very strong communication skills. Good knowledge of the hotel industry and the applicable rules and regulations.
