A growing estate planning law firm in the Atlanta, GA area is looking to add an experienced attorney. The firm prides itself on providing personalized comprehensive legal services and has created an excellent reputation in the Atlanta area. The firm is seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of estate planning experience to join the team and they are also open to senior candidates or lateral partners as well.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to analyze financial situations, family dynamics, and goals to design customized estate plans.
• Draft and review comprehensive estate planning documents, including wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, and asset protection strategies.
• Guide families through the probate and estate administration processes with empathy and efficiency.
• Assist clients with long-term care planning, Medicaid asset protection, etc

Qualifications & Skills

• Education & License: J.D. from an accredited law school and an active license in good standing to practice law in Georgia.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of attorney experience specifically focused on estate planning
• Client-Centric Mindset: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and communicate
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: A desire to contribute to a growing firm's culture, workflow optimization, and community presence.
