Schedule & Compensation

1. 5 5 day work week , including 4 x 8s options

Competitive compensation options, including:

o $120,000+ starting base + 22% production

o $30,000 sign-on bonus

Average ATC of $260

Generous PTO (12 days) with flexible, supportive scheduling

What Were Looking For

DVM (or equivalent) from an accredited program

Licensure (or ability to become licensed) in Utah

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Interest in practicing high-quality medicine with a broad case mix

Experience preferred, but mentorship and support are always available
