Description

American Traveler is hiring a Home Health Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of recent experience, HCHB and OASIS proficiency, and a willingness to travel within a 60-mile territory in the Marshfield area.

Details

• Home health setting serving a geriatric patient population
• Average caseload of 5–7 patients per day (to be confirmed during interview)
• Territory covers up to a 60-mile radius from the hub/office; specific coverage area to be discussed during interview
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts (8:00–17:00)
• On-call required approximately every 3rd to 4th weekend
• EMR: HCHB experience required
• OASIS experience required
• iPad provided for documentation; personal cell phone is not required

Requirements

• Current, active Occupational Therapist license required (license in hand required for consideration)
• Minimum 1 year of recent, relevant home health OT experience
• Current BLS certification required
• HCHB EMR experience required
• OASIS experience required
• Ability to travel within a 60-mile radius of the hub/office
