Financial Analyst - Operations

This position is in our Finance/Accounting department and more specifically in our Financial Operations group. The primary objective of this role is to ensure the Finance/Accounting department performs as efficiently as possible for MedPro Group. In the role, you will have the opportunity to be involved in one or many of the following areas: financial system administration, cross-functional projects, business development and integration, metrics and key performance indicators (KPI's), and various process improvement projects.

• Develop, analyze, and interpret financial KPIs and operational metrics, translating data into actionable insights and leveraging modern tools to support and influence business decision-making
• Support and/or own the effectiveness of financial operations and supporting systems, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and strong control execution
• Drive process improvements and leverage technology solutions, including emerging AI tools, to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across Finance Operations
• Contribute across Finance and Accounting functions to support operational priorities, continuous improvement, and evolving business needs
• Lead and/or support cross-functional initiatives, including system implementations, integrations, and process transformation efforts
• Partner with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to align financial systems and processes with business needs
• Monitor and improve financial system performance, data integrity, and user experience
• Support business growth and integration activities by establishing and reinforcing consistent, scalable Finance processes
• Develop and document process flows, controls, and system workflows (e.g., PowerPoint, Visio)

• Strong analytical and technical skills, with experience working withfinancial data (advanced Excel required; Tableau or similar datavisualization tools strongly preferred) to drive analysis and informbusiness decision-making
• Experience with financial systems and tools,including involvement in system implementations, enhancements, or large-scaleprocess changes, preferred
• Demonstrated ability to identify and driveprocess improvements that enhance efficiency, scalability, and operationaleffectiveness
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting,Business, or a related field
• Exposure to multiple financial disciplines(e.g., AP, AR, reporting, audit, risk), with an understanding of how processesand systems connect across Finance
• Insurance or financial services industryexperience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities andoperate effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic,cross-functional environment
• Interest in or experience leveraging emergingtechnologies (e.g., AI tools) to enhance analysis, automate processes, orimprove operational workflows
• Demonstrated curiosity, integrity, and anownership mindset
• Strong attention to detail and commitment todata integrity, with an understanding of financial controls within systems andprocesses
• Strong PowerPoint and process documentationskills preferred
