This opportunity is based within a well-established neonatal care network spanning multiple hospitals across Jacksonville, Florida. The program supports Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries across four hospitals, providing a dynamic and collaborative clinical environment with strong multidisciplinary team support.

Opportunity:
Nurse Practitioner – Neonatology

Job Details:

• Provide neonatal care in Level II NICUs and normal newborn nurseries
• Full-time NNP role with a mix of 16 24-hour shifts for optimal work-life balance
• Attend deliveries with no transport responsibilities required
• Deliver care across four hospitals within two healthcare systems in the Jacksonville area
• Be assigned to a specific healthcare system for consistent workflow
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including 6 Neonatologists, 1 Pediatrician, and 16 Advanced Practice Providers
• Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage and on-call neonatologist backup
• Rotational weekend coverage included within extended shifts
• Permanent, full-time position requiring residency within the immediate local area
• Relocation assistance available
• APRN National Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) required
• Master's Degree required
• Minimum 1 year of NNP experience required
• Florida APRN License (or willingness to obtain) required
• Clean malpractice and license history preferred
• Not accepting Locums, fresh graduate, or visa candidates
