Warehouse Lead

Meador an Openwork Company is currently seeking a dependable Warehouse Lead to join a growing safety equipment supplier in Deer Park, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. This position will primarily focus on coordinating warehouse activities, assisting with administrative duties, and providing hands-on support to the team as needed.

Job Description:

The Warehouse Lead will oversee daily warehouse operations, provide direction to warehouse employees, and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and accurately. Responsibilities include managing inventory and warehouse documentation, assisting with picking, packing, shipping, and receiving, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment. The Lead will also help resolve day-to-day issues and support the team with additional warehouse duties as needed.  

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience required; lead or supervisory experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse work.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and help coordinate a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Basic computer and data-entry skills.

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed.

• Dependable, proactive, and willing to lead by example.

Location: Deer Park, TX

Schedule: 8am-5pm

Pay: $16.50/hour
