Part-time Data Analyst Job Title Code: 02134 Salary Grade: A624 starting at $25.70 Department: Federal Programs Reports To: Director of Professional Learning & Federal Programs FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Purpose of Job: Collect, analyze, clean, display and report data from internal data systems. What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities): Assist with collection of data required for state reporting. Auditing of various points of data collected in Infinite Campus. Utilize data health checks to improve integrity of data. Provide support for buildings and departments responsible for entering data. Develop functional relationships with various DESE core data departments. Other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None To Be Successful at This Job (Qualifications): Bachelor's Degree in education, computer science, technology, or research-related field. Three years' experience with management and analysis of large data sets. Three years' experience with relational databases and working knowledge of related software packages. Experience with word processing, spreadsheets and graphics. Ability to function independently provided minimal direction. Good written and oral communication skills Well developed, documented, problem solving skills Demonstrated ability to meet priority assignments and task deadlines Demonstrated ability to handle many concurrent tasks in a changing environment Competency in navigation on the Internet and use of information search engines. Ability to maintain confidentiality in work-related areas.
