Line Cook Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation of all food Work efficiently during high-volume periods Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors Prep Cook Prepare ingredients (chopping, marinating, portioning, etc.) Follow recipes and preparation guidelines precisely Maintain proper food storage and labeling (FIFO system) Assist with restocking and kitchen organization Dishwasher Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment Maintain cleanliness of the dish area and the kitchen Take out trash and assist with general cleaning tasks Support the team wherever needed during slower periods Requirements Previous kitchen experience preferred (not mandatory; we train the right candidates) Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Team-oriented mindset Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (approx. 23 kg) Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Shifts: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM What We Are Looking For Ability to remain calm under pressure Attention to detail and cleanliness Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and grow within the company Responsabilidades clave
