You drive practical product thinking and prototype delivery in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment. You help us build scalable governance frameworks and collaborate across functions. You use your expertise to solve real-world challenges and support our strong, resilient culture.Job responsibilities:Design and implement GenAI governance frameworks, policies, and proceduresCollaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging AI/ML and GenAI practicesDrive updates to model risk management policies and standardsPartner across functions to design controls and scalable processesOwn project workstreams end-to-endDevelop senior management and regulatory communicationsPerform analysis on model/tool classification and governance frameworksServe as a GenAI governance subject matter expertUse coding agents to build prototypes and operationalize governanceProduce readable code, tests, and documentationBuild lightweight web prototypes for governance workflowsRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills:5 years in risk management, technology, model development, or model risk roles in large organizationsExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrong risk and control mindsetTranslate governance requirements into user journeys and prototypesUnderstanding of GenAI/LLM methodologies and business risksLead governance/framework build-out and deliver changeBackground in Model Governance, Model Validation, or Regulatory RelationsBuild web prototypes for governance workflowsPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:MS degree in a quantitative disciplinePython proficiency and familiarity with LLM/GenAI librariesUnderstanding of responsible AI expectations and model risk regulationUnderstanding of cloud-based solutions and deployment considerationsExperience with technology systems design practices (Agile, story writing, Figma UX) JPMorganChase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world’s most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
