Position Overview The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) will deliver mental health counseling and therapeutic support to clients experiencing a range of emotional and behavioral challenges. The ideal candidate is skilled in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy in a compassionate, client-centered manner. Key Responsibilities Conduct mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide individual, group, and family counseling sessions. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their mental health goals. Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources as needed. Requirements Active LCSW licensure in New York State. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or counseling setting. Strong understanding of mental health treatment methodologies and best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
