As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to seniors and adults who need help with daily living tasks. About the Role:
Provide in-home care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Develop strong relationships with clients and their families, understanding their unique needs and preferences
Assist with medication management , meal preparation, and light housekeeping tasks
Work closely with our multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, therapists, and social workers
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized care to clients in their own homes, with a focus on safety, dignity, and comfort
Maintain accurate records of client care, including medication administration and treatment plans
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
