Clinical Testing Administrator - Psychometrist

The Leidos Intel Sector has an opening for an experienced and highly capable Clinical Testing Administrator/Psychometrist who is interested in obtaining a security clearance and who is seeking a rewarding and challenging opportunity supporting medical services for an Intelligence Community customer.Contractors in this role provide essential administrative psychometric support in a classified environment. Duties include but are not limited to: Administration of clinical surveys, tests, and/or examinations with an emphasis on accuracy, validity and standardization in administrationAssisting with the coordination of psychological testing activitiesProviding detailed behavioral observations for potential psychological assessmentProviding clear guidance to test clientele as needed on dynamics, principals, techniques and practices of effective testing/assessment of individualsUpdating clinician interview schedules, as needed, ensuring timely communication of all scheduling changes.Coordinating and communicating effectively with government supervisory psychologists and psychiatristsWorking independently as needed to achieve day-to-day objectives; and taking on additional responsibilities as required to ensure the office continues meeting stakeholder needsBasic QualificationsBS in Psychology or Education with 4 years overall experienceSpecialized training in psychometric testing and assessmentMinimum of 2 years’ experience conducting psychological assessments.Must be willing to undergo an investigation for a TS/SCI with polygraph clearance - hire cannot occur until the investigation is complete and the security clearance is obtained.Excellent verbal and written communications skills, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively with various clientele, and strong attention to detail are required.The ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment is essential.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting psychometry, neuropsychology, or similar medical or testing support is desired. Knowledge of the dynamics, principals, techniques, and practices of effective testing/assessment of individuals.
