TA Compliance Specialist — 12‑Month Contract

Blue Origin is seeking a Talent Acquisition Compliance Specialist to ensure recruiting practices meet federal, state, and local employment laws. You will partner with Talent Acquisition, Legal, and HR to maintain compliant hiring processes and write/update policies. This fixed-term contract (12 months) role focuses on audits, I-9/E-Verify management, and government contract compliance.
