Accounts receivable supervisor

salary: $78,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Lead daily AR functions including billing, collections, and cash application
• Review AR aging reports and proactively manage delinquent accounts
• Partner with internal & external teams to resolve billing disputes and expedite payments
• Supervise & ensure timely and accurate posting of incoming payments and reconciliations
• Oversee lien waiver processing and compliance with construction payment requirements
• Track and resolve discrepancies impacting payment releases
• Support month-end close activities and AR reporting
• Monitor cash flow performance and collections effectiveness
• Maintain relationships with customers, contractors, and internal teams
• Misc. other duties, tasks & projects as needed
