All other duties as assigned. Qualifications At least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels. Minimum age 18 years, able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds, and arrive on time. Consistent schedule of at least 20 hours per week preferred; available for up to 12–21 hours per week during peak periods (not to exceed 30 hours). Schedule and Hours Typical base hours up to 12 hours per week, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks, not exceeding 30 hours per week.
