Pre-Suit Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a Pre‐Suit Attorney in Plantation, FL. This role offers an opportunity to gain experience in personal injury law, working alongside experienced attorneys. Duties Handle all pre‑litigation work daily Complete the Flip‑to‑Lit approval process Guide clients through the case process Draft and file pre‑litigation documents Complete TD approval for liability issues Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation Manage the release approval process Supervise a team of 6-10 Case Managers Focus on personal injury cases, primarily automotive Drive compliance and KPIs among the team Conduct EUOs, PIP statements, and recorded statements Requirements Law degree from a fully accredited law school Active member in good standing with the FL State Bar Association 2+ years of personal injury experience Ability to manage a high volume of pre‑litigation cases Excellent client service and communication skills Strong leadership skills Self‑starter driven by long‑term career goals Superior writing and oral advocacy skills Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree Certifications Florida State Bar Association membership Skills Client service excellence Effective communication Leadership and team management Strong writing and advocacy Benefits Medical and dental insurance 401(k) plan Paid time off and paid holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr BCG Attorney Search
