Job Summary
A co-ed JV wrestling head coach leads and develops junior varsity wrestlers of all genders by teaching foundational wrestling techniques match strategy and proper conditioning. They plan and run practices coach during competitions and emphasize discipline sportsmanship and teamwork while helping athletes build confidence and prepare for advancement to the varsity level. The coach also serves as a positive role model supporting student-athletes growth both on the mat and in the classroom.
Requirements / Qualifications
Prior wrestling coaching experience at the high school level or higher is preferred though qualified candidates with comparable experience are encouraged to apply.
