Electrical Journeyman / Foreman Location: Greater Atlanta Metropolitan Area (Travel to Job Sites Required) Compensation: $40+ per hour Job Type: Full-time on the jobsite Salary: From $40.00 per hour and your benefits cost you $0 Schedule: 8- or 10-hour shifts Overtime Available Day Shift Night Shift Work Location(s): Fayetteville, GA, and the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan area Benefits paid for by Inglett & Stubbs: Annuity Retirement Plan Family Dental Insurance Family Health Insurance Family Vision Insurance Life Insurance Referral program BE ABLE TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING TASKS: Measuring, cutting, bending, threading, assembling, and installing electrical conduit, using tools, for example hacksaw, pipe threader, and conduit bender Pulls wiring through conduit, assisted by ELECTRICIAN HELPER Splices wires by stripping insulation from terminal leads, using knife or pliers, twisting or soldering wires together, and applying tape or terminal caps. Connects wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment, using hand tools. Installs control and distribution apparatus, for example switches, relays, and circuit‑breaker panels, fastening in place with screws or bolts, using hand tools and power tools. Connects power cables to equipment, for example electric range or motor, and installs grounding leads. Tests continuity of circuit to ensure electrical compatibility and safety of components, using testing equipment for task at hand. Observes functioning of installed equipment or system to detect hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement. BE ABLE TO HANDLE AND USE THE FOLLOWING TOOLS/EQUIPMENT: Power tools/ladders/rental equipment: pliers, Fish Tape, power drills, reciprocating saws, screw guns, wire cutters, hammers, channel locks, wrenches, knife, levels, cable pullers, conduit benders. Flashlights; electrical tape; drop cloths; tool belt, additional tools/materials, etc. Electric circuit testing equipment; ammeters, voltmeters, ohmmeters, wattmeters; soldering and welding equipment (All meters needed to complete task at hand) Portable electrical generators, portable heaters; ladders, scaffolding; cherry pickers, buckets, small cranes; platform hoists. Personal protective equipment (goggles, gloves, hard hats, safety vests, etc.) Technology & Automation Developer Inglett & Stubbs, LLC is actively hiring a Technology & Automation Developer to support major construction projects across the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. This role supports that mission through the continued development and ongoing support of Quickbase, integration of new and existing application platforms, and evaluation and implementation of emerging AI solutions. PROJECT MANAGEMENT CAREERS Experienced Project Managers can gain experience in preconstruction and field installation in technically challenging projects. Compensation: $70K – $80K, commensurate with experience and certifications. Inglett & Stubbs, LLC is actively hiring an Assistant Project Manager to support major construction projects in the Cartersville area. Project Managers at Inglett & Stubbs lead electrical construction projects from initial estimate through final completion. PMs are accountable for planning, budgeting, coordination, documentation, quality, and client satisfaction. They work closely with field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, internal support teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, profitably, and at a standard that exceeds expectations. Key responsibilities: Estimate prospective jobs, develop proposals, and support preconstruction planning. Build, maintain, and communicate project schedules, manpower projections, procurement plans, and equipment needs. Coordinate design documents, RFIs, submittals, engineering revisions, and field conditions to ensure accurate project execution. Track labor hours, production performance, material costs, committed costs, and overall budget health. Manage original contracts, change orders, compliance documents, and financial tracking. Ensure lower‑tier vendor compliance and proper documentation for billing, closeout, and audit requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, owners, architects, and trade partners. Communicate project updates, risks, schedule changes, and client expectations professionally and proactively. Support interviews, proposals, presentations, and coordination meetings to represent the company’s values and capabilities. Required Qualifications: Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills. Excellent problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project). Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate across departments, and manage complex project workflows. Experience in construction project management (electrical strongly preferred). Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
