Participate in team meetings to share feedback, refine scripts, and improve our outreach strategy. Requirements Professional experience in sales, business development, or lead generation. Strong comfort level with cold-outreach and initiating conversations with new prospects. Experience using CRM platforms to track activity and manage leads. Clear and articulate communication style, both verbally and in writing. Resilience and a positive attitude when facing rejection or challenges.
