- # Assistant General ManagerApply: Gainesville, FL: Full time: Posted Yesterday: R-1013916**Job Description:****THE ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER:** provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results for selected front-of-house and back-of-house areas under the guidance of the General Manager.**What we are looking for!*** You love working in a fast-paced, multi-faceted restaurant/entertainment scene* You can communicate with the team members and guests in a way that inspires FUN!* You thrive on instant satisfaction!
