Essential functions include, but are not limited to: Administers curriculum based nursing instruction program and assessments, etc. for the purpose of evaluating student competency levels. Assesses student progress towards objectives, expectations, and/or goals for the purpose of providing feedback to students, and administration. Collaborates with administrators, instructional staff, other clinical personnel, and a variety of community resources for the purpose of improving the overall quality of program and student outcomes. Collect analyze and interpret data for the purpose of improving program, clinical facilities and accrediting agencies. Communicate with students regarding progress for the purpose of communicating expectations; student's achievements; developing methods for improvement and/or reinforcing classroom goals. Manages students in a variety of educational environments (e.g. classroom, clinicals, etc.) for the purpose of providing a safe, positive, and effective learning environment. Performs other related duties, as assigned, for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit. Education Required: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred. Certification Required: Current Pennsylvania RN License required Experience Required: Job related experience required.
