A specialty compounding pharmacy focused on Weight Loss and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy is seeking a part-time pharmacist to join their team. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers an ongoing assignment with the potential for permanent placement for the right candidate. The role is based in DeBary, FL, with shifts scheduled 1-2 days per week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Perform sterile and non-sterile compounding with accuracy and attention to detail
• Verify prescriptions and compounded preparations
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly
• Maintain professionalism and reliability in daily tasks
• Exhibit a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing environment
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently to support pharmacy growth

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Florida pharmacist license
• Demonstrated compounding experience, including knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 standards
• Experience with Hormone Replacement Therapy is preferred but not required
• Motivated self-starter eager to contribute to a growing specialty pharmacy
• Open to new pharmacy graduates who are enthusiastic about compounding
