Bill Rate: $46-$50/hour

Roles & Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' physical therapy needs to develop personalized treatment plans
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercise programs
• Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve optimal outcomes
• Advocate for patients' well-being in a supportive, small-facility environment

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in Mississippi (or willingness to obtain)
• Graduate from an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's program
• Previous experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing settings is a plus
• Strong communication skills to connect with patients, families, and team members
• Ability to assess patient needs and adapt treatment plans accordingly

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques
• Proficiency in creating and implementing individualized care plans
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player
