Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our growing Continuum of Care (COC) program in Bloomingdale, IL. This unique role provides outpatient therapy services within an Independent Living community and Assistant Living community, allowing you to build meaningful relationships with your patients while delivering high-quality, individualized care.
