Work Environment\nAs a fully remote counseling position, this role offers the flexibility to maintain an optimal work-life balance while providing essential mental health services from the comfort of your home. You will have the autonomy to create your own schedule, allowing you to work effectively Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm, without the demands of on-call duties. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based mental health care to individual adult clients through regular live video sessions. \n
- Leverage telehealth platforms to facilitate therapy, ensuring that clients receive effective treatment tailored to their unique needs. \n
- Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to develop comprehensive treatment plans. \n
- Utilize administered symptom self-assessments, functional improvement metrics, and goal tracking tools to evaluate client progress and modify treatment strategies accordingly. \n
- Stay engaged with the latest therapeutic tools and methods, integrating innovative digital solutions into practice for improved client outcomes. \n
- Participate in regular team meetings for supervision, support, and case consultation. \n
You will work primarily with a diverse adult population, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional challenges. Your role is crucial in fostering a safe and inclusive environment where all clients, regardless of background, feel valued and understood.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program (valid credentials: LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT). \n
- A minimum of one year of independent licensure as a therapist, counselor, or psychologist. \n
- A strong commitment to providing culturally responsive mental health care to all populations. \n
- Tech-savviness and a strong willingness to integrate digital tools in clinical practice. \n

- At least 2 years of recent experience delivering cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based interventions to adult clients. \n
- Experience engaging with higher-risk populations and familiarity with the challenges they face. \n
- A proactive, empathetic approach to mental health treatment, enabling you to connect deeply with clients. \n
