Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT with Jackson Therapy Partners. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve their daily skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred. Prior experience providing restorative care, ADL training, and cognitive or upper-extremity rehabilitation preferred.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with documentation in electronic medical records preferred. Familiarity with Medicare and long-term care reimbursement and documentation preferred. Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
