About The Role Verkada is building a world-class Sales organization and we need to build the supporting cast to drive a seamless onboarding experience, ensure team readiness, and increase overall productivity. We run Sales Enablement differently at Verkada and give our team members autonomy and ownership to innovate and adapt to drive success. As a Sales Enablement Lead, you’ll partner with Sales leadership to drive the end to end ownership and execution of both onboarding and enablement. You will have the opportunity to work hands-on with partners and subject matter experts that span across Verkada, gaining exposure from leaders in every department. To be successful in this role, you’ll need a passion for the art and science of sales and a solid understanding of how to operate in a sales support function.What You'll DoYou will be the strategic enablement partner for a team (Mid-Market, Enterprise, Sales Development or Channel) of roughly 75-100 individuals, working directly with key stakeholders to organize onboarding, continuous training, tools stack management, and content.Assist with identifying needs in the sales organization and creating training content to improve results, fill gaps, and enhance product knowledge.Become a product matter expert in order to deliver high quality training and content.Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing and other internal teams to continue to innovate and improve the Enablement experience and processOwn the onboarding calendar end-to-end for your team, ensuring that reps know when and where to go and session leaders are aware of content changes to facilitate a world class experience for all new hires.Be an organized communicator that can assist in managing sales onboarding, SKO, QBRs, and ongoing training calendars: ensuring that stakeholders are informed of changes in both sales and tools processes.Help manage and support tools and resources to ensure that sales productivity is continuing to improve (creating reports, answering rep questions, sourcing of branded swag, etc.)Maintain updated knowledge within our internal Sales Hub, whilst helping to track which resources are most-used.What You Bring2+ years relevant work experience in Sales Enablement, Training or broader Sales rolesVery organized and detail orientedGreat communication skills and able to command the roomPrimarily a self-starter, but you aren’t afraid to ask for directionA knack for outlining processes in the simplest way possibleRole is onsite in Tempe, AZBachelors degree requiredEmployee BenefitsVerkada is committed to fostering a workplace environment that prioritizes the holistic health and wellbeing of our employees and their families by offering comprehensive wellness perks, benefits, and resources. With that in mind, we carefully consider a number of factors to determine the appropriate starting pay for an employee, including their primary work location and an assessment of a candidate's skills and experience, as well as market demands and internal parity.
