Entry Level Sales / Recruiter | Outsource This is a full-time role at Outsource, located in Denver, CO. Outsource is the largest staffing firm in the nation, specializing in the placement of low voltage and electrical talent. This role is crucial for identifying, screening, and placing top candidates, directly supporting the company’s rapid growth and ability to offer exceptional customer service. You will join a close-knit team dedicated to collaborative problem-solving and fostering a fun work environment. The TL;DR Role: Early Career Type: Full-time Location: In-person, Denver, CO Pay: $56000–$65000 hourly Mission: Identify, screen, and place low voltage and electrical talent while also identifying sales leads for the account management team. Tech Stack: Internal database, various job boards What You’ll Actually Do Recruit: Identify potential candidates utilizing the internal database, various job boards, and creative recruiting strategies. Engage: Conduct a minimum of 50 calls daily to prospective and existing candidates. Qualify: Screen candidates over the phone and in-person for existing and upcoming job openings. Place: Facilitate the onboarding process for new candidates and place at least one candidate on a long-term job weekly. Develop: Identify sales leads for the Sales and Account Management teams. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s Degree and/or recent military experience. This is an Entry Level position. Experience: Not specified in years. Skills: Demonstrated interest in Sales and Account Management.
