Actalent is hiring for Phlebotomists throughout NYC!! Locations Available MUST WORK SATURDAYS Manhattan Float North Brooklyn Float Staten Island The Bronx Responsibilities Obtain blood specimens and collect non-blood specimens such as urine, sputum, and throat swabs for laboratory testing Use straight needles and draw 50+ times per day Draw blood on patients ranging from infants to geriatrics Work in a fast paced and hectic environment Label specimens and handle all specimens properly Process specimens for laboratory testing Qualifications Minimum 2 years of straight needle experience outside of school Pay: $23.00 - $26.00/hr.
