Entry-Level Production Assistant

Pawfect Shine is looking for a dependable and motivated Entry-Level Production Assistant to support the daily operations of our pet grooming location in Milwaukee. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on, team-oriented environment and is comfortable working around pets.
Responsibilities
- Assist the grooming team with daily salon operations
- Prepare grooming areas and supplies before appointments
- Help keep work areas clean, organized, and ready for customers
- Assist with preparing pets for their scheduled grooming services
- Safely assist with moving pets between designated areas
- Maintain clean and organized equipment and work areas
- Help restock approved grooming supplies
- Follow established cleanliness and safety procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Comfortable working around dogs
- Dependable and punctual
- Willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and established procedures
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable standing and moving throughout the workday
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach
Compensation & Benefits
