Position Overview

Our organization is on the lookout for Family Medicine Physicians to become part of our well-established, patient-focused practices located throughout Northeast Wisconsin. These clinics are equipped with strong support staff and integrated services, enabling you to concentrate on providing exceptional care while enjoying a healthy work-life balance.

Each clinic is equipped with in-house lab, X-ray, physical therapy, behavioral health, and dietitian services , with specialty care easily accessible.

Practice Highlights

• Established patient panels with a strong presence in the community
• Team-Based Care model recognized nationally for enhancing efficiency and provider satisfaction

• Focus on workflow redesign to minimize administrative tasks

Schedule & Call

• Full-time: 40 hours per week
• Minimum: 32 patient-facing hours
• Minimum: 4 clinic days per week
• Call: Large call group, phone-only (approximately 1:30+)
• No inpatient responsibilities
• No scheduled weekends or holidays (except for call coverage)

Compensation & Benefits

• Guaranteed + Incentives: 2-year compensation guarantee with additional production, quality, and value-based bonuses
• Time Off: 200 hours of PTO per year during the guarantee period; 264 hours of PTO per year post-guarantee
• CME: $5,000 annual allowance for CME with 80 hours of CME time off
• Additional Benefits: Up to $12,000 in relocation assistance and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 401(k) & 457(b) retirement plans, and malpractice coverage

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (within 5 years) in Family Medicine
• Completion of an ACGME or AOA-accredited residency program
• Eligible for an unrestricted medical license in Wisconsin and/or Michigan
• Meets the medical staff requirements of our organization
