We’re a family owned restaurant where servers can make up to $250 on a Monday night.

Caffe Boa is hiring servers.
But this isn’t a “just take orders” job.

We’re looking for  salespeople.

If you:

• Like talking to people
• Know how to guide a table, not just take orders
• Care about check averages
• Want to maximize every shift

You’ll do very well here.

What you’ll do:

• Create a great experience from the first hello
• Make confident food, wine, and cocktail recommendations
• Upsell naturally and get paid for it
• Work as a team with kitchen and bar
• Handle payments smoothly
• Turn great experiences into Google reviews

What we need from you:

• Serving experience
• At least 2 years recent bartending experience required
• Strong sales mindset
• Reliable, professional, and personable
• Comfortable handling money and responsibility

We keep score here. The people who lean into that make the most money.
