Responsibilities
- Lead manufacturing engineering projects, equipment qualifications, and process validation activities with regulatory compliance
- Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot CNC machining operations to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance
- Generate, review, and approve validation documentation, technical reports, and engineering change records
- Collaborate with quality and operations teams on issue investigation, nonconformance activities, and process improvements
- Provide technical training and lead Lean continuous improvement initiatives across production teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related)
- Minimum 4 years manufacturing or industrial environment experience
- Minimum 4 years CNC programming and manufacturing experience
- Experience with CNC machining processes (turning, multi-axis, Swiss, 5-axis milling)
- Proficiency with CAM software (Mastercam, FeatureCAM, Esprit, or equivalent)
- Proficiency with CAD software (Creo, NX, SolidWorks, Autodesk, or equivalent)
- Experience with process validation and troubleshooting in regulated manufacturing
Compensation: $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
