About the Role: We are looking for a skilled Die Repair Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production dies and tooling. This role is critical in ensuring manufacturing operations run smoothly, with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. What You'll Do:

• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair stamping dies, molds, and tooling components
• Perform die maintenance, including disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of tooling
• Modify and adjust dies to meet production requirements and quality standards
• Operate precision tools and equipment such as grinders, mills, lathes, and welders
• Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, adjustments, and preventive maintenance activities
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve die-related issues and improve performance
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area

What We're Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (technical training or certification preferred)
• 2+ years of die repair, tool and die, or related manufacturing experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of die-making processes
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, precision measuring instruments, and machine shop equipment
• Basic welding and fabrication experience (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed
